Spirit Box Exchange Policy

Due to the customized nature of The Spirit Box, only exchanges for other sizes are accepted. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Mini Spirit Box Return Policy

Our refund and returns window lasts 14 calendar days from the date of your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund after first contacting us and receiving confirmation that your order will be refunded, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. If it has been less than 7 business days since receiving confirmation from us that your order would be refunded, please check your bank account or credit card activity to verify that there is no credit pending.
  2. If it has been more than 7 business days since receiving confirmation from us that your order would be refunded, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about their specific policy regarding release of funds. Each financial institute has different rules regarding management of refunds and credits.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 10 business days of receiving confirmation that your order would be refunded, please send us a message through our Contact Page.

Customized Accessories Exchange Policy

Due to the customized nature of add-ons like Wear Red from Head to Toe or School Spirit Pajamas, only exchanges for other sizes are accepted.

Our customized accessories exchange policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 calendar days of placing the order. After 5 days have elapsed since placing the order, you are no longer eligible to cancel.

Refunds & Exchanges for Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping Returns

You will receive the return address after contact us to initiate your return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
